Topgolf has opened it's newest Colorado location in Thornton. This facility is a giant 65,000 square foot venue and is Top Golf's 56th location in the world. Top Golf is famous for creating micro chipped golf balls that allows you to hit live shots but show performance data on a screen. This is an indoor facility with climate controlled bays which allows duffers to keep practicing their craft through the winter in Colorado. Keep in mind they have leagues and tournaments as well. Pricing is also extremely variable as bays can rent for $50 per hour on a busy Friday or Saturday but drop the $12 per hour on a Tuesday morning. They also have great food and a full bar so you can make a night of it.

Anthony Franco, founder of McSquares, and based in Thornton Colorado recently closed a deal with investor Kevin O’Leary from the Shark Tank in July 2019.  In an episode filmed in June 2019, and aired on ABC this past May, O’Leary  agreed to invest $300,000 for a 25 percent stake in the company. But that changed after the due diligence process in the months since, to $50,000 for 11 percent.  Franco will use the raised funds to continue McSquare’s expansion into several product lines, as well as exporting into Europe.
